Standard KYC Questionnaire

KYC onboarding flows are designed to collect information about individuals and companies. Data capture and KYC process is highly configurable feature on Deep Alpha. The structure, type of questions and question types (multiple-choice, selection, yes/no answer etc) are customizable elements.

Investor type "company" have additionally following data:

  • Contact lists
  • Signature rights holders lists
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO)

Ultimate Beneficial Owners can be automatically looked up in registers like Trapets and Enin.Β

We have an integration with ENIN, a Norwegian data vendor, who provides information about Norwegian and Swedish companies. By utilizing this integration we have the capability to look up company information.

In the KYC-page advisors can utilize the ENIN integration to populate:

  • Company flags
  • Company roles
  • Signature rights
  • UBOs
