Order Information Pages

Order information pages are configurable steps in the order flow with the goal to capture and record the information. Those steps may cover a wide range of business requirements, such as documenting details about the session for statistics, capturing additional information about the investor, their financial situation, or any other information that the business process may require.

Supported Field Types

  • Text Input
  • Number Input
  • Text Area
  • Drop-down
  • Country Drop-down
  • Radio buttons
  • Button Switch (y/n)
  • Check-boxes multiple choice
  • Datepicker Date/Month/Year
  • Datepicker Year

All fields types are configured as required or not required information field. Number inputs fields support digit formating and defining whether negative numbers are allowed.

Table Component

In addition to supported fields mentioned above, the custom configured tables are available on the 2nd Order Information page. It is possible to use multiple table components on the same page.

Table Types

  1. Table with a summarized total row at the end - ideal for aggregating numerical values.
  2. table without a total row - designed for the data that do not require aggregation or is logically not possible to aggregate (accounting year number for example).

Configurable table functionality allows greater flexibility to meet distinct requirements and various use cases in order execution flow.

Limitations

  • Order Information page 1 provides generic configuration. Order information page 2 supports two separate configuration depending on investor type: person or company.
  • While there are no limitations to the number of tables, input fields, or questions in the configuration, it's important to consider the length of the page for an optimal user experience.
  • Table component can be enabled only on the 2nd Order Information page.

Advisor notes

Free text form for advisors to describe the session. Advisor notes can be configured as required field to be filled out. Advisor notes are available on following pages

  • Order information 1
  • Order information 2
  • Instrument Selection

Advisor notes if filled out will be presented in the PDF documentation that will generated based on company wide Order Execution PDF template.

Automatic Error Handling

Deep Alpha's automated error handling alerts advisors whenever required information is missing. It is not possible to complete the session unless all required fields are properly filled out.
